RAVEN

The Mercenary

CHARACTER PATHS

Story

Once the captain of the Mercenary Knights, Raven lost everything when he was betrayed. Revived by Nasods, he now seeks redemption by joining the El Search Party, hoping to atone for his past mistakes.

Sword Taker

Raven focused his training on mastering the sword, a discipline that became his key to survival. Adapting his techniques to suit his modified body, he refined a new style of swordsmanship.

His relentless training has restored him to the peak of his former strength and speed, despite the changes in his body.

Blade Master

As part of his penance, Raven hones his swordsmanship while keeping his Nasod Arm in check. He relies not on brute force but on swift, calculated strikes, surprising enemies with attacks that slice through steel.

Every move is precise, controlled, and devastating.

Furious Blade

Raven’s memories of his past human self hinder his progress.

In pursuit of this ideal, he modifies his Nasod arm to mirror his human hand, bringing him closer to mastering his craft.

Over Taker

Raven notices that with each victory, his Nasod Arm evolves on its own. Though he’s uneasy about relying on it, he chooses to embrace its power rather than shy away.

With the cutting-edge technology of the Nasod, Raven’s fighting style becomes an explosive force on the battlefield.

Reckless Fist

Raven learns to control the overwhelming power of his Nasod Arm, understanding that only by mastering it can he protect what matters most.

Channeling his rage into every strike, he annihilates his enemies with explosive power, even at the cost of his own body.

Rage Hearts

The more Raven tries to suppress the violent energy from his Nasod Arm, the more uncontrollable it becomes. Finally, he accepts the arm as part of himself, and in doing so, the chaotic energy calms. What was once his torment now fuels his strength, making him unstoppable.

Weapon Taker

A strategist at heart, Raven knows that his Nasod Arm is a weapon to be wielded to his advantage. Drawing on his experience as a mercenary, he uses a versatile fighting style, launching fireballs and triggering deadly explosives with ease.

By engaging the Overheat system, he sacrifices his body to push his attacks beyond their limits.

Veteran Commander

His Nasod Arm isn’t built for the frequent use of the Overheat system, so he seeks to strengthen it with the Flame Nucleus.

Trusting in his comrades, Raven risks attaching the Nucleus, allowing him to unleash even greater explosions to decimate his enemies.

Nova Imperator

Seeing his friends grow weary from relentless battles, Raven decides to modify his body once again, gaining full control over the Flame Nucleus.

Fueled by an unyielding will to protect those he cares about, Raven becomes ‘Nova Imperator’, a warrior who embodies the power of fire and destruction.

Venom Taker

Though Raven escaped the mind control device, a burning rage still consumes him as he journeys toward redemption. He soon realizes that the anger stems from within—his resurfacing memories and the pain that intensifies each time he tries to suppress it.

Determined to rid himself of the source of his torment, Raven decides to destroy his Nasod Arm to sever any connection to the mind control device.

Using the Alterasia, he obliterates the Nasod Arm and sets off on a path of vengeance.

Mutant Reaper

After destroying his Nasod Arm, Raven’s left arm is repaired using the parasitic plant, Alterasia. As the plant spreads throughout his body, his vision begins to fade. Desperate to slow the plant’s growth, Raven seeks help from the Ponggos, who create armor to halt the spread of the parasite.

Now unrestrained, Raven mercilessly annihilates his enemies with his venomous power, which he calls Loathing.

Revenant

Though the armor slowed the spread of Alterasia, the venom from the mutated plant begins to concentrate in Raven’s left arm. Saturated with venom, his arm gains the ability to turn anything it touches into ashes instantly.

With this terrifying new power, Raven is reminded of his fallen allies—those who withered in vain. He clings to the hope of reuniting with them, and with this thought fueling him, Raven walks the path of revenge for the dead, determined to settle the score.
