MATCH SETTING

  • Double Elimination
  • 1 v 1 Team Match
    • Apply Stats:
      • Titles will be disabled (Players must also unequip titles when entering)
      • ERP will be disabled
      • Equipment Stats will be enabled
    • Power Mode
    • Time: 200 Seconds
    • Maps
      • Game 1 will be decided via Wheel among 4 options
        • Wally’s Castle Centre
        • Tree of El Bottom
        • Eternal Winner
        • Wintery Velder
      • Game 2 will be decided by the player that lost Game 1, and can choose one of the following maps
        • Tree of El Bottom
        • Banthus’s Room
        • Wally’s Castle Centre
        • Wintery Velder
        • Durahan Coliseum
        • Eternal Winner
      • If Game 3 is required, the losing player for Game 2 will decide the map. The same will follow for Game 4 (Losing player for Game 3) and Game 5 (Losing player for Game 4) for Grand Finals if needed.
  • Equipment is Enabled.
  • El Resonance Disabled.
  • Titles are not allowed.
  • Live stream will be held for all matches @ https://www.twitch.tv/elsword and https://youtube.com/elsword.
  • All matches will be recorded to prevent any misjudging or suspicious players.
  • All matches (Except Grand Finals): Best of 3 (2 out of 3 wins).
  • Grand Finals: Best of 5 (3 out of 5 wins).

  • Solace/Gaia Players Only.
  • All Characters and Classes allowed.
  • All Characters must be at least Level 99.
  • Titles are not allowed.
  • Players can only participate if they are at 250 ERP or below.
  • Player Combat Power must be below 1,000,000 for the matches.
  • Weapons are restricted to the following:
    • Duelist Sparring Weapon
    • Apocalypse-Type Void Weapon
    • Flames of Judgement Weapon
    • Vestige of Soul Weapon
  • All Armor and Accessories allowed.
  • All Accessories are allowed.
  • All Sockets and Attributes are allowed.
  • Artifact Accessories are allowed.
  • Use of Hyperactive skills are allowed.
  • Mod Skills are allowed.
  • All Force Passives and Actives are allowed.
  • El Resonance will be disabled.
  • Wedding Skills are prohibited.
  • No Unsportsmanlike Conduct.
  • Character Class and Name Changes can be made on a case-by-case basis until the Brackets get posted.
  • Bracket will consist of a max of 32 players.
  • First come, first serve registration.
    • Any additional teams will be marked as substitutes to replace any teams that fail to show up, and will be done on a first come first serve basis.
  • Inappropriate Players Names will not be accepted.
  • Participants are required to provide a Discord Username for entry and check in must be made 15 minutes before the tournament.
  • Participants will be contacted via Discord by the GMs to join a Discord Server for check-in.

RULES & COMMUNICATION

  • Collusion, Match fixing, and intentional Delay of Game will result in immediate DQ, and both team members being barred from future tournaments.
  • All registered players (Inc. Substitutes) must be ready and available for each respective round of this tournament. No-Shows (w/o Comm) will result in being barred from any future tournaments.
  • Players may not enter multiple characters or accounts.
  • If players are caught account sharing, they will be disqualified.
  • Players are responsible for preparing all equipment and skills before entering the room.
  • Players will have a 5-minute grace period to enter any match once summoned by an official. Players who do not show up will be disqualified.
  • Arguing with an Official’s (GM / Volunteers) call is grounds for immediate disqualification.
  • Players are responsible for any form of lag calls to maintain competitive integrity. If there are any issues with lag, players should press F1 to drop a Guild Flag so we may assess the situation.
  • The Terms of Use Agreement and Code of Conduct must always be observed and followed.
  • Exploitation of game mechanics is grounds for immediate disqualification and immediate account action (up to and including permanent account closure).
  • Each player is responsible for maintaining communication and coordination with match officials (GMs).
  • Registration/Participation is strictly permitted to 1 entry per player.
  • Calls made with regards to any technical difficulties, latency or interference of any kind will be left up to the sole discretion of the designated GM.
  • Registered players must have their game account in good standing to qualify for tournament entry. We will not accept players who have been banned from playing in the tournament.
  • ALL CALLS WILL BE MADE BY KOG STAFF/GMs AND ARE FINAL.
  • Players who are disqualified or do not show up for their matches may be banned from future tournaments at KOG’s Discretion.
    • Players who are disqualified will also not receive any prizes they may qualify for.
