How to Redeem a Coupon
1. Login to our website via https://myaccount.elswordonline.com/ 
2. Once logged on to your account, select Transaction History. 
3. Under the Transaction History tab, select Coupon History. Check the Transaction History List for the coupon you're looking for, and take note of its corresponding Coupon Code. (Keep the Coupon History page open in your browser or write the code down on a piece of paper.) 
4. Log on to the game with your character and go to the Item Mall. Select the Enter Coupon button at the bottom right corner. Enter the 16-digit coupon code and Redeem. 
5. You will receive a redemption message and the item will be placed in your Character Cash Item Storage. 
6. Move the item to your desired character's Special inventory and right click to use it. *On Anime Expo titles: Once moved to your inventory, the title item will stay in your inventory for 30 days. Don't worry! The title itself is a permanent title.
