1. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to enter the competition and must show proof of identity at the Elsword AX 2012 booth. If you are under the age of 18 you may still dress up in costume but will not be eligible to win prizes.


2. The "Elsword Cosplay Contest" is offered by Kill3rCombo to Elsword Online members who are residents of Northern American and Oceania territories. By entering the contest you agree to these official contest rules and that the decisions of Kill3rCombo are final and binding in all respects.


3. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. Kill3rCombo has the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest for factors beyond its reasonable control and or to select the winner by such method as Kill3rCombo in its sole discretion shall consider equitable. Kill3rCombo reserves the right to disqualify any individual violation contest rules.


4. Kill3rCombo has the right to lock out an entrant whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter the contest; since any attempt by any individual to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest or website is a violation of these terms and conditions as well as criminal and civil laws, and should Kill3rCombo believe or become aware that such an attempt has been, is being, or will be made, it has the right to seek remedies and damages from any responsible individuals to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation criminal prosecution. Kill3rCombo has the right to modify prize award procedures at its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations.


5. Kill3rCombo and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates companies, agents, employees, directors and officers (Released Parties) are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, loss or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from participating in the contest.


6. Any and all disputes arising out of the contest shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a superior court in Orange County and any claims shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs but in no event attorney's fees and under no circumstance will the participant be permitted to obtain awards for and waives all right to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damage other than actual out of pocket expense. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.


7. Released Parties are not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, technical failures of any kind, unauthorized human intervention in any part of the process, technical or human error in the administration of the contest, or any injury or damage to persons or property, including to participant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the contest, receipt or use or misuse of any price, or from downloading any material from Kill3rCombo's website.


8. All entrants' personal information will be protected and not revealed to anyone without their permission. Retrieval of winner information is conducted by account e-mail. Shipping address and retrieval information of prizes will be conducted by contacting the winners through their in-game e-mails privately. Winners who accept the K-Ching prize Kill3rCombo assumes no liability if the winning player leaks this information.


9. By signing up for this contest Entrants warrant that their cosplay attire is their original work and was not copied from others or violate the rights of another person's entry. All contest video footage and photographs become the property of Kill3rCombo and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting the entry you acknowledge that Kill3rCombo has the right to utilize your entry in which we see fit without offering financial compensation. The winner's acceptance of the prize establishes consent to use the winner's name, likeness, and winning entry for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation.
