It came to our attention early today that there was an issue preventing people from easily logging in to play Elsword. Since then, we have had everyone in the company focused on fixing this issue.

We’re deeply sorry that you are not able to play Chung right away. We’re also grateful for your enthusiasm for Elsword and want to make sure you keep the excitement to play as Chung.

We just want to assure you that this is the most important priority for us and we will do everything in our power to open the game back up soon with everyone able to login and play. Until then, we thank you for your patience and understanding and look forward to seeing you in the game soon.
