We’d like to begin by thanking all of you for your continued patience and understanding while we were dealing with the aggressive attacks that shut down our service for much of the past Sunday, June 3. We are truly sorry for your inconvenience and we’ve been working tirelessly to protect Elsword from potential future attacks like this. Giving you an exciting and stable game is our single most important goal.
In the meantime, we want to assure you no personal information was compromised or put at risk during the attack. All personal information is kept separate so there is no danger.
We are committed to providing a secure environment for everyone and we assure you we’ll do everything in our power to keep Elsword available for you to enjoy at any time. There’s still a chance that the Elsword service could face another disruption by aggressive attacks in the future. In any case, we want all the Elpeeps to understand and support us while we make the necessary security fixes. We’ll try our best to make the most stable gaming environment possible.
