Dear Elpeeps,

Due to system difficulties, server downtimes were experienced on June 3rd that may have disrupted your enjoyment of Elsword. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope to make it up to you with the following compensation arrangement:

• An extra 2 hours will be added to the 2X EXP Event on Sunday, June 10. The new schedule will be from 2 PM – 6 PM PDT.
• Three (3) Clues of Hamel will be sent to all characters via in-game mail.
• Ariel’s Token of Friendship (Compensation) timed event has been added so that players can claim one extra token on top of the normal timed event.
• Duration-based Cash Items
• For players who had the Gnosis Blessing (1 day) before the downtime, it will be restored to their Cash Item Storage.
• Other duration-based items will have 1 day added to their validity (for items such as costumes and accessories), or a corresponding 1 day item will be added to the inventory of the player who had the specific item before downtime (for items such as EXP Boost Medal).

Note: If your inventory is full, please make space for the compensation item and log back in to see it. Even if a 1-day item is not shown due to lack of inventory space, the timer will still start and the validity will expire on 6/6/2012.
