You can instantly upgrade a piece of weapon or armor with this +8 Magic Amulet. This may be acquired with a random chance by melting the usual Sealed Ice Sculpture with a regular Ice Burner, or by using the special Sealed Ice Sculpture and Ice Burner tandem described below.
